Deep Recon ("we," "us," or "our") operates deeprecon.cc. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
We collect information only when you make a purchase or contact us directly.
Payment information: When you purchase an AI Discoverability Audit, your payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, and billing details necessary to fulfill your order. We do not store full credit card numbers — Stripe handles all card data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Communications: If you contact us by email, we retain your message and email address to respond to your inquiry.
Usage data: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. Aggregate data such as page views and general geographic region may be collected.
We use the information we collect to deliver the service you purchased, respond to your questions, and send your completed audit report. We do not use your email address for marketing, newsletters, or promotional communications unless you explicitly request them. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as described below.

These providers access your information only as necessary to perform their functions and are not permitted to use it for other purposes.
We retain your name and email address for as long as necessary to deliver your service and comply with legal obligations, typically no longer than three years after your last transaction. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@deeprecon.cc.
We do not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless by design. Stripe may set cookies during the checkout process for fraud prevention purposes; these are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@deeprecon.cc. We will respond within 30 days.
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
