These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of deeprecon.cc and the AI Discoverability Audit service offered by Deep Recon ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Deep Recon provides AI Discoverability Audits — a structured analysis of how a website or business appears across AI-powered search platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Bing Copilot — along with a prioritized action plan for improving visibility.
The audit is delivered as a PDF report within the timeframe communicated at purchase. If no timeframe is stated, the default delivery window is 5 business days from the date of purchase.
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method.
Single Audit: $249 USD, one-time payment, covers one website domain.
Agency Unlimited Plan: $499 USD per month, billed monthly, covers unlimited audits for agency use during the active subscription period.
Prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Because our service involves significant manual analysis time, we do not offer refunds once an audit has been delivered. If we are unable to deliver your audit for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
If you are dissatisfied with your audit, contact us at hello@deeprecon.cc within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.
The Agency Unlimited Plan renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at hello@deeprecon.cc. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
You may use our audit reports for your own business or, if you are an agency subscriber, for your clients. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our reports as your own work product without our written consent. You may share individual findings from a report with clients or stakeholders.
The audit report delivered to you is licensed for your use, not sold. Deep Recon retains ownership of the methodology, scoring framework, templates, and any proprietary content in the report. You retain full ownership of any data, content, or materials you provide to us for analysis.
Our audits reflect conditions at the time of analysis. AI search platforms change frequently and without notice — scores, visibility, and recommendations may shift after delivery. We make no guarantee that implementing our recommendations will result in specific outcomes, citation rates, or revenue.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep Recon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the audit in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
